We are committed to providing durable and high-quality plasticware. To maintain our hygiene standards and offer the best prices, we operate a Limited Return Policy.
We only accept returns or provide refunds under the following two conditions:
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective due to a manufacturing error or an issue during our delivery process, you are eligible for a return or replacement.
Reporting Window
You must notify us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
Evidence
Please provide clear photos or a video of the damage along with your receipt/order number to [Insert WhatsApp/Email].
Condition
The item must be unused and in its original packaging to qualify for a claim.
Important Terms
All Other Sales are Final
We do not accept returns or exchanges for “change of mind,” incorrect size/color selection by the customer, or items damaged through customer misuse.
Refund Processing
Once a return for a damaged item is approved, refunds are processed within 3–7 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping Costs
Plastic Store Nigeria will cover all associated shipping costs if the return is due to damage on our end or product unavailability.
